At its second session, held on 25 April 2024, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The National Assembly had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that, at the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2024, on 22 April 2024, it had noted the termination of the term of office of MPs Marija Vojinovic, Slavica Skrbic, Nikola Selakovic, Milos Vucevic, Predrag Bandic and Nastasja Bakovic, on the day they tendered their resignations.
The Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of a term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly to the following candidates on the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop to Stasa Stojanovic, Natasa Ivanovic and Nikola Lazic, Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA) to Dragan Ninkovic, and on the Electoral List DR MILOS JOVANOVIC – HOPE FOR SERBIA – Serbia Coalition HOPE – National Democratic Alternative – New Democratic Party of Serbia (New DSS) – Movement for the Restoration of the Kingdom of Serbia (POKS) – Vojislav Mihailovic to Jelena Bogdanovic and Dusan Radosavljevic.
