At the session held on 24 September 2024, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

The National Assembly informed the Republic Electoral Commission that on 23 September 2024, at the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature, it had noted the termination of the term of office of MP Selma Kucevic elected from Electoral List SDA Sandzak – Dr Sulejman Ugljanin on the day she tendered her resignation.
The Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly to the first candidate next on the same Electoral List – Mirza Hajdinovic.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
