At the session held on 17 January 2024, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA) on 15 January 2024 against the Report on the sum results of the Elections for National Assembly Members adopted on 12 January 2024, and rejected it as unfounded.
