At the session held on 11 January 2024, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Adrijana Abrahamov from Backi Petrovac, MP candidate, against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Backi Petrovac of 5 January 2024 and noted that the complaint was lodged by an unauthorised person.
The REC also ruled on the complaint lodged by Branislav Kevenski and Jan Martinka from Backi Petrovac, member and substitute member of the Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Backi Petrovac, against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Backi Petrovac of 5 January 2024 and noted that the complaint was lodged by unauthorised persons.
The REC members went on to rule on the complaint lodged by Ivica Vasic, authorised person of the COALITION: MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – BOSKO OBRADOVIC – NATIONAL GATHERING – STATE-BUILDING FORCE - Serbian Party Oathkeepers - Serbian Movement Dveri and rejected it.
