At the session held on 30 December 2023, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaints lodged by the submitter of Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA) against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the municipality of Koceljeva, against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the City of Sremska Mitrovica, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Pecinci, against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the municipality of Babusnica, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Sid, against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the municipality of Indjija, against the Decision of the City Electoral Commission of the city of Kikinda, against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the city municipality of Palilula, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the city municipality of Surcin, against the Decision of the City Electoral Commission of Nis, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Srbobran, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Sremski Karlovci, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Novi Knezevac, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Zabalj, against the Decision of the City Electoral Commission of the city of Zrenjanin, against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Plandiste and against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Zitiste.

The Commission rejected all the complaints as unfounded, except for the complaint lodged against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Novi Knezevac which it ceded to the Provincial Electoral Commission as the competent authority.

The REC also adopted a Decision appointing the deputy secretary of the City Electoral Commission of the city of Novi Sad.

The Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the complaints lodged by the submitter of Electoral List MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – BOSKO OBRADOVIC – NATIONAL GATHERING – STATE-BUILDING FORCE - Serbian Party Oathkeepers - Serbian Movement Dveri against the Decision of the City Electoral Commission of the city of Vranje and against the Decision of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Vlasotince and rejected them as unfounded.

The Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Vladimir Dimitrijevic noted that today the repeat vote was taken at 35 polling stations in the Republic of Serbia, stressing that he was informed by the municipal electoral commissions that the voting took place in the best possible order and that all the polling stations were closed on time.

The session was chaired by the Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Vladimir Dimitrijevic.
