At the session held on 27 December 2023, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaints lodged by voters and submitters of electoral lists.
The REC members ruled on three complaints lodged by the submitter of Electoral List MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – BOSKO OBRADOVIC – NATIONAL GATHERING – STATE-BUILDING FORCE - Serbian Party Oathkeepers - Serbian Movement Dveri against the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Lajkovac on 21 December 2023 and rejected them as unfounded.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to consider the complaint lodged by voter Slobodan Tanasijevic from Kragujevac and rejected it as lodged by an unauthorized person.
The REC also ruled on the complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – BOSKO OBRADOVIC – NATIONAL GATHERING – STATE-BUILDING FORCE - Serbian Party Oathkeepers - Serbian Movement Dveri against the Municipal Electoral Commission of the municipality of Bojnik on 23 December 2023 and annulled the Decision of the Bojnik Municipal Electoral Commission, adopting the complaint lodged by said electoral list at polling station no. 12 “Stojan Ljubic” Elementary School on the territory of the municipality of Bojnik.
