At the session, held on 20 January 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaints lodged by voter Haji Andrej Milic from Krusevac, which was rejected as lodged by an unauthorised person, Petar Celik, which was rejected as untimely and lodged by an unauthorised person, and Branko Trajkovic from Leskovac, which was rejected as not allowed.
The REC also ruled on the complaints lodged by Ljubisa Stankovic, member of the polling board in Gornje Jabukovo, Snezana Soskic from Belgrade and the Serbian Movement “Dveri” Municipal Board from Mionica, which it rejected as lodged by an unauthorised person, and Zoran Ilic from Tekeris, which was rejected as unfounded.
The members of the Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree to repeat the vote at the polling stations where it was noted that voting results cannot be ascertained and where the vote in the republic referendum held on 16 January 2022 was annulled, viz. one polling station each in the municipalities of Petrovac na Mlavi and Backa Topola, as well as four polling stations in Trstenik and one polling station each in the cities of Nis, Cacak and Pozarevac.
The REC also adopted the Decision determining the shape, form, colour and content of the ballots and control card to test the integrity of the ballot box, for the repeat vote in the republic referendum to confirm the Act on the amendment of the Constitution of Republic of Serbia to be held on 23 January 2022, as well as the Decree establishing the number of ballots for the repeat vote in the republic referendum to confirm the Act on the amendment of the Constitution of Republic of Serbia, that number being 7,750 ballots.
