Acting on the request of the Republic Electoral Commission of the 40th session held on 23 December 2023, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government and the Ministry of the Interior, following the requested checks, submitted to the Republic Electoral Commission tabular overviews of the number of voters in the city municipalities of the city of Belgrade according to the years of registration in the Single Electoral Roll, i.e. registration of residence at the addresses specified in the calls to vote that were submitted to the Chairperson of the Republic Election Commission by Marinika Tepic and Miroslav Aleksic during the submission of the Request to call and conduct new elections for councillors of the City of Belgrade, as evidence of the alleged election theft, i.e. the existence of recently registered so-called "phantom voters".
The check clearly established that the largest number of voters have a registered residence and were entered in the Single Electoral Roll long before the announcement of the elections held on 17 December 2023, some of them 20 or more years ago, which is obvious proof that the claims of the Coalition Serbia Against Violence that the number of voters with the right to vote in the Belgrade elections was artificially increased in order to influence the outcome of the elections are not correct.
The Republic Electoral Commission publishes the submitted tabular overviews for the purpose of informing the public in a timely and truthful manner.
