INCORRECT CLAIMS ABOUT THE NON-PUBLISHING OF DOCUMENTS ABOUT THE LOCAL ELECTIONS IN NIS ON THE WEB PRESENTATION OF THE REPUBLIC ELECTORAL COMMISSION

Having learned about these insinuations, the Republic Electoral Commission, in communication with the City Electoral Commission of the city of Nis, carried out the necessary checks and determined that on its web-presentation, within the section "Records of the work of the polling boards", all the minutes of the work of the polling boards in Nis were duly published, classified by the city municipalities of the city of Nis, as well as that in the "Register of Complaints" properly and in accordance with the law, the complaints submitted to the City Electoral Commission in Nis, the decisions made by this electoral commission on each of those complaints, as well as the appeals sent to the Higher Court in Nis against those decisions of the City Electoral Commission.
