At the session held on 9 May 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the sum results of the elections for the President of the Republic.
Based on the collective reports on the results of the vote taken in the presidential elections held on 3 April 2022 and repeated at 35 polling stations on 16 April 2022, the results of the elections for the President of the Republic are as follows:

The Republic Electoral Commission ascertained that, pursuant to Article 21 of the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vucic has been elected President of the Republic by winning the majority of the votes cast.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
